Roger and Angela work skillfully as a photographic team with two very different eyes through the lens that compliment and balance each other. Angela’s strength is bringing out the emotion and beauty in her subjects and Roger’s strength is dramatic lighting.

 

Roger has a doctorate in American Frontier History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His masters thesis and doctoral dissertation are on the cowboy saddles and their makers of Old West Wyoming, and is now an award winning saddlemaker. Roger has worked as a wrangler on Western movies for over a quarter of a century and has written and produced a historically accurate docu-movie for the Camp Floyd/Stagecoach Inn State Park and Museum. He is also the author of the much-anticipated South Pass book series of historical fiction books available on Amazon.com. Roger is also a trained photographer and used many of his photographs in his museum film.

 

Angela is the business minded individual in the family and has a masters in public administration degree through the world renowned Marriott School. She also works as the Director in Student Connection and Leadership Center at Brigham Young University. Angela has owned several champion quarter and paint horses while competing in the horse industry for 43 years.
